Who We Are
The Movement!
We are youth-led local environmental organization established in 2016, and dedicated to empowering communities, particularly youth and women, to take the lead in environmental protection and climate action.
We aim to address Somalia’s pressing environmental challenges, including climate change, waste management, deforestation, wildlife endangerment and pollution. Our work focuses on fostering awareness, developing innovative solutions, and implementing localized climate adaptation programs to build resilience against recurring natural disasters like droughts and flash floods.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a sustainable society by preventing environmental degradation, restoring ecosystems, and protecting our natural resources. Through education, advocacy, and action, we empower Somali communities to mitigate climate change, adapt to its effects, and champion green, healthy, and resilient ecosystems.

Vision
We envision a world where environmental advocacy and sustainability are at the forefront of development in Horn of Africa. By inspiring positive change and promoting the integration of environmental concerns into national and regional strategies, we strive to create a future where communities thrive in harmony with nature.
Our ultimate goal is to lead efforts in restoring, protecting, and sustaining the environment, ensuring that Somalia’s natural heritage is preserved for generations to come.
